Aero Support Group is seeking an Aviation Maintenance Trainee to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience and mentorship in the field of Aviation Maintenance.

We are a dynamic organization that values innovation and collaboration. Our team works closely with experienced aircraft mechanics and professionals to gain practical skills and knowledge.

The successful candidate will work on real projects, contributing to the development of their expertise in Aviation Maintenance. Upon completion of our 30-month program, you will be eligible to test for your Airframe and Powerplant certifications.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or High School Equivalency
  • 18+ Years of Age
  • English language proficiency at full professional level
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Lives in Florida
  • Passes pre-employment drug test and background check

Physical demands include lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus are required.

A competitive salary for this position is $46,000 per year based on location and industry standards.
