About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Silver Diner Development, LLC. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing beverages to company standards, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring a positive experience and exceeding expectations.
  • Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Ring in drink and food orders, collect payment, and make change accurately and efficiently.
  • Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display, adhering to company standards.
  • Wash and sterilize stemware, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Count drinks served, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Place current bar tabs in front of guests at all times, providing clear and concise information.
  • Responsible service of alcohol, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of all food and beverage specs, ensuring accurate preparation and presentation.
  • Work as part of a team, communicating clearly and constructively to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Previous bartending experience required, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
  • State applicable alcohol compliance certification required.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays, with a flexible schedule.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a contagious friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Organized and able to multitask, with a sense of urgency and ability to think and act quickly.
  • Able to meet all schedule requirements, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
