About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team, specializing in upper extremity care. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to make a meaningful impact in the field of orthopedic surgery.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide expert surgical and non-surgical care for patients with various hand and upper extremity conditions, with a focus on elbow conditions being highly preferred.
  • Conduct clinic sessions, seeing mostly surgical patients but also addressing non-surgical needs as required.
  • To perform in-office elective procedures, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • When on call, manage/treat/consult on general orthopedics cases, providing comprehensive support to patients.
Requirements
  • Eligible board certification and fellowship training in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • A strong background in hand and upper extremity surgery, with expertise in elbow conditions being advantageous.
  • Experience working with Epic EMR systems and knowledge of outpatient and inpatient practice settings.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary range of $600,000 - $700,000, commensurate with experience. The compensation package includes comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous PTO policy.
