At UC San Diego Health, we are committed to excellence in patient care and research. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Per Diem healthcare professional in our Cancer Center/BMT department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology and bone marrow transplant, with experience in providing primary medical management for patients. They will be responsible for leading by example, demonstrating professional image and leadership core competencies, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to promote consistent medical management of patients across the healthcare continuum.

We offer a competitive salary range of $221,265 - $221,265 per year, depending on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications. Our benefits package includes excellent pay, comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.

This position requires a graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner program, California Registered Nurse (RN) license, California Nurse Practitioner (NP) license, and California NP Furnishing License Certification. The ideal candidate will also have Current Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) Certification (AGACNP or ACNP), BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications, and at least one year of recent work experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Oncology, BMT, or adult critical care.
