We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Serve meals and drinks to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized buffet setup to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Ensure food items are replenished as needed to meet the demands of our guests.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary dining area to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff and other team members to provide an exceptional dining experience.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support the success of our team.
- Ability to obtain OLCC and Food Handler card, if not already obtained.
- Availability for weekday shifts with flexibility in scheduling to meet the demands of our business.
- Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays of food to meet the physical demands of the role.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with our team.
- Previous experience in food service is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
