As a Mobile Apartment Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and comfort of our residents. YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM:
- Timely completion of work orders.
- Execution of preventative maintenance tasks.
- Inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of appliances, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and electrical systems.
- Regular community inspections to identify and report maintenance needs to the Service Director.
- Participation in all maintenance responsibilities, including preventative measures, service requests, and grounds upkeep.
- Effective handling of emergencies with appropriate communication and follow-up reporting.
- Conducting all business in compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other relevant laws related to multifamily housing.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools, supplies, and materials.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to assist others.
- Physical capability to lift, push, and pull weights up to 90 pounds.
- Strong focus on safety and adherence to all MSDA Sheets.
- Effective communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
