GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The physician extender will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding spine care to our patients. All tasks must be performed in a confidential, professional, and personable manner. The individual should also be prepared to act as the sole staff support for the office when necessary. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

The ideal candidate is someone who is diligent, eager to learn, highly reliable, and possesses the ability to manage multiple tasks while leading effectively.

  • Graduate of an ARNP or Physician Assistant program is required.
  • BLS/CPR certification is preferred.
  • Willingness to undergo training.
  • Proficient in reading, writing legibly, and speaking in English and Spanish at a professional level; capable of using necessary computer software and troubleshooting patient care equipment.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both in person and in writing; critical thinking ability; capable of working independently with minimal supervision; adept at basic math functions; skilled in managing multiple assignments efficiently; able to work well under pressure; proficient in problem-solving; organized and able to prioritize workload; attentive to detail.
  • Willingness to perform any other assigned tasks.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
