About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Level 2 residential programs. The successful candidate will provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support and assistance to individuals with all activities of daily living.
- Maintain required documentation according to DDS and all applicable regulatory standards.
- Administer medications according to MAP regulations.
- Assist individuals during overnight shifts.
- A high school diploma or GED is required. An Associate's Degree or DSP Certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
The estimated salary for this role is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. Bridgewell offers excellent health benefits, generous paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
