Toddler Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Toddler Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience #355.

The Toddler Teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children, implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum, and building relationships with families and colleagues.

• Develop and implement lesson plans that promote learning and development in children.
• Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team approach.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.

• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• One year of professional teaching experience in early childhood education.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families to provide a high-quality learning experience for children.

• State-of-the-art classrooms and resources to support teaching and learning.
