We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Consultant to join our team at Infinity Ventures. As a Tax Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing expert tax advice to our clients in the metal industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review tax returns and balance sheets
  • Determine tax provisions and deferred taxes
  • Evaluate tax assessments and file appeals as necessary
  • Advise domestic and foreign subsidiaries on tax matters
  • Correspond with authorities, tax offices, notaries, and legal advisors
  • Participate in tax consultations regarding restructurings, company acquisitions, and sales
  • Accompany tax audits
  • Prepare decision templates, presentations, and protocols, as well as write expert opinions
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial education and further training as a tax consultant
  • Experience in an internationally active tax consulting firm
  • Relevant knowledge of sales law, income law, and international tax law
  • Proficient in DATEV tax programs and office applications
