As a seasoned credit and lending professional, you will be responsible for managing loan quality, loan servicing, business development, and personnel administration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement goals and objectives for the assigned branch office, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision.
  • Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit analyses within established guidelines and policies, making informed decisions on loan approvals and risk management.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate, evaluate, and train branch office employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Loan Origination: Generate new loan business, service existing loans, and manage the loan portfolio of assigned office, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal controls.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, agricultural economics, or a related field; or equivalent experience and five to seven years of progressively responsible banking or related agricultural lending experience.
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations, financial analysis, and asset/liability management.
