Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop an effective functional quality team through selection, coaching, training, and development.
- Provide leadership for assuring compliance with company quality and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality strategies to optimize current capabilities.
- Identify future needs and formulate action plans to drive quality improvement.
- Oversee quality improvement projects, ensuring execution to plan and early identification of corrective measures.
- Bachelor of Science degree and 7 years of progressively responsible related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with footwear, leather, or apparel manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Manufacturing leadership experience in quality is required, with a strong preference for footwear manufacturing.
Red Wing Shoe Company Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and offers a competitive salary range of $96,000 - $130,000, depending on qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
