Planet Healthcare is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Telemetry professional to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Telemetry Nurse to work with our clients in Petersburg, Virginia. As a Travel Nurse RN Telemetry, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Telemetry unit
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia
  • Experience working in a Telemetry unit
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights
  • 36 hours per week
  • Travel experience preferred
