KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform administrative tasks including managing phone communications and responding to client inquiries with exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and update client records in the database, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Engage in follow-up communications with both existing and prospective clients to address their needs.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, as well as upsell to current accounts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience.
