Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related technical discipline AND 4+ years technical engineering experience developing mobile applications for Android platforms with coding in languages including, but not limited to, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Java OR equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and UI/UX principles.
  • Contributions to open-source projects.
  • Experience building iOS applications from scratch.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile development and AI.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment, fostering knowledge sharing and growth within the team.

Compensation

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.
