About the Role

In this Branch Office Administrator role, you will work closely with Financial Advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional personalized service, taking an active role in the annual business planning process, and driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
  2. Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
  3. Actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
  4. Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
