Job Title: Makeup Artist

We are seeking a skilled Makeup Artist to join our team at The Estee Lauder Companies. As a Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized in-store experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Combine creative and technical expertise to provide a welcoming and personalized in-store experience
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to create impact with in-store events and achieve high standards of visual merchandising
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the success of the store

Requirements:

  • Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
