Job Title: Pet Enrichment Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and caring Pet Enrichment Coordinator to join our team at Forest Shadows Pet Resort. As a Pet Enrichment Coordinator, you will design and implement engaging enrichment programs to stimulate the minds and bodies of our pets.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement enrichment programs tailored to individual animal needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a clean and safe environment for animal activities, including puzzle toys, exercise areas, and sensory stimulation zones.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians and trainers to ensure enrichment programs align with animal care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of enrichment activities, including participation rates and feedback from staff and owners.
Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable working with animals of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Strong creativity and problem-solving skills, with ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with staff, veterinarians, and owners.
  • Passion for animal welfare and commitment to providing exceptional care.
Compensation:

Estimated salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
