About the Position:

This temporary clerical role provides essential support to various school programs within the Vista Unified School District. As a key member of our team, you will perform a diverse range of administrative tasks, including office assistance, parent-teacher conferences, community events, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer clerical and communicative support across multiple school programs
  • Carry out a wide variety of clerical duties, encompassing office assistance and data entry
  • Welcome visitors and handle incoming phone calls with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, both numerically and alphabetically

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in general clerical work is preferred
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (online certificates are not accepted)
  • A valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license

Working Conditions:

Incumbents will be based in a school health environment, which may expose them to communicable or infectious diseases, emergency situations, heavy lifting, and assisting students with physical disabilities.

Compensation Package:

The hourly salary for this position is between $18-$22 per hour, corresponding to an estimated annual salary of $37,440 - $45,664.
