About the Role

TerraBella Harrisburg is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Health and Wellness to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of clinical care and quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to clinical care.
  • Collect, analyze, and report occurrence trends, and develop/implement improvement plans as necessary.
  • Partner with the Administrator and other team members to maintain resident and team member health and safety.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy consultant to provide optimal pharmaceutical services to residents.
  • Provide clinical expertise and guidance to licensed nurses.
Qualifications
  • Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of geriatric experience.
  • Prior experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
  • Demonstrate competence in assessment skills, injections/medication administration, follow-up, and triage.
