">The (re)MIND program was originally developed in partnership with the University of California San Francisco (UCSF). It features cutting-edge approaches such as Based Care Management, Multi-family Group Therapy, Peer Support, Algorithm-Based Medication Management, and Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model of supported education and employment.
">Funded through partnerships with county behavioral health departments, our program operates outpatient coordinated specialty care for early psychosis sites in San Francisco, Alameda, San Mateo, and Marin. We offer excellent training and workforce development opportunities.
">Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the implementation of data collection systems in our (re)MIND Early Psychosis sites. The successful candidate will coordinate data collection activities, develop and implement multiple projects, prepare presentations and manuscripts, disseminate program results, and provide logistical support to the Early Psychosis Division Director.
">Local travel between agency sites is expected. The Project Coordinator reports directly to the Felton Early Psychosis Division Director.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Implement and manage data collection systems, including standardized assessment batteries and outcome measurement">
- Coordinate assessments among staff, program participants, and family members for program evaluation purposes">
- Gather information from electronic health records at multiple program sites and ensure data accuracy">
- Attend and participate in weekly team case conferences and update databases for outcome reporting">
- Analyze outcome information for periodic reporting, outreach activities, and conference presentations">
- Update outreach materials with recent program outcomes">
- Coordinate scheduling of focus groups, interviews, meetings with community partners, and executive meetings with the Division Director">
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, public health, or a related field">
- Previous experience as a program or project manager in health or social services settings is highly desirable">
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and experience working with large, complex data sets">
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, cloud-based software, and project management tools">
- Familiarity with CRM software and EHR systems is preferred">
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and effective time management">
