Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employment strategies and programs to support individuals in achieving their employment goals.
  • Collaborate with community partners, including non-profit and for-profit organizations, to provide job placement and training opportunities.
  • Provide job coaching and support to individuals in the Community Work Experience Program (CWEP) and Alternative Work Experience Program (AWEP).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers to secure job opportunities for individuals.
  • Conduct job readiness assessments and develop individualized employment plans to support individuals in achieving their employment goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, counseling, or business administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in employment services, workforce development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
