Job Description

At Comfort Keepers of St. Cloud, MN, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Offer companionship and conversation to our clients
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Provide transportation and errands as needed
  • Assist with mobility and transfer assistance
  • Provide end-of-life care and support
  • Document client care and communicate with our Client Care Coordinator as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • 3 years of driving experience and a clean driving record
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • State and Federal background check and fingerprinting
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds safely
  • Excellent attendance and job retention history
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Professional image and excellent communication skills
