MSP Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT professional to join our team as a MSP Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional managed services to our clients, ensuring their IT environments are running smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role

• Provide expert-level technical support and guidance to clients on various IT-related issues.
• Manage and maintain client environments, ensuring best practices are implemented and up-to-date.
• Lead and participate in projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT consulting, with a strong background in Microsoft Windows desktop and server, including Hyper-V and Active Directory.
• Excellent knowledge of the entire Office 365 suite and Azure.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and support skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with key personnel across multiple departments.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
