Position Summary
To innovate and refine product designs while complying with established organizational protocols and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate various mechanical systems and components, including structural frameworks, suspension mechanisms, and vehicle chassis.
- Generate, modify, and assess mechanical schematics and 3D representations.
- Ensure that designs align with safety, efficiency, and performance benchmarks.
- Conduct evaluations and testing for validation purposes.
- Follow project timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance design workflows.
- Travel as necessary for product introductions and coordination with manufacturers.
- Maintain safety standards and report any incidents in a timely manner.

- Intermediate skills in 3D modeling software.
- Knowledge of engineering analysis tools and standards.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Familiarity with motor theory and lean methodologies.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems.
- Ability to perform physical tasks as necessary.
Required Experience
- No prior experience required.
Preferred Experience
- Background in 3D modeling and practical mechanical work.
- Experience with machining and assembly processes.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Previous work with comparable products.
Required Education
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Preferred Education
- Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
