Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide total care for residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and grooming.
  • Perform care as defined by resident plan of care/CNA assignment card, including recording vital signs and conducting range of motion exercises.
  • Observe and report any changes in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, and behavior to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations, upholding facility policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Completed a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
  • Current Georgia certification/registration to practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
  • Desire to work with the elderly.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a geriatric nursing facility.
  • Trustworthiness and respect for others.
  • Dependability, professionalism, and a team player attitude.
  • Ability to establish good rapport with others and communicate effectively.
Work Schedule

This full-time position works 12-hour shifts, providing a stable and predictable schedule for our team members.
