Job Title: 3North Med Surg RN Nights

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. in a Med-Surg Adult role, working nights from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position on our 14-bed adult med-surg unit, with a ratio of 1:5. As a Med-Surg RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current State License as a Registered Nurse.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a med-surg setting.
  • The ability to work nights from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
