About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious baked goods for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the bakery meets the member's expectations.
  • Plan and execute bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs.
  • Operate and maintain equipment, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
  • Develop and implement creative designs and displays to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member issues and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with new tools and technologies to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
