Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and deliver occupational therapy programs that promote functional skills, enhance mobility, and foster independence.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Occupational Therapy, with recent graduates considered.
  • Current professional license from Florida Board of Occupational Therapy Practice and BLS Certification required.
