Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Finishing Operator to join our team at Akwel Cadillac USA, Inc. in Cadillac, MI. As a Finishing Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of finished products, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery and equipment to finish products to exacting standards
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy
  • Perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail
  • Work in a team environment to meet production deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on an occasional daily basis
  • Ability to use hands/arms for repetitive button pushing for majority of shift
  • Ability to read and understand Work Instructions and Procedures
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Availability to work up to 5 days a week, including overtime and Saturdays
