Position Overview
The Multilingual Restaurant Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of our dining establishments. This individual will be responsible for recruiting, training, and guiding team members, ensuring a cohesive and motivated workforce. Additionally, they will manage financial aspects such as inventory control, food procurement, and labor management to maximize profitability while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Uphold company standards and service excellence to enhance sales and reduce operational costs, including food, beverage, supplies, utilities, and labor.
  • Ensure all financial documentation (invoices, reports) and personnel-related administrative tasks are completed accurately and timely, adhering to company policies.
  • Implement and maintain sanitary practices for food handling and cleanliness, complying with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Guarantee consistent high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain a professional image for the restaurant, ensuring cleanliness, appropriate uniforms, and adherence to appearance standards.
  • Establish security protocols to safeguard employees, guests, and company assets.
  • Manage shifts, which include daily decision-making, scheduling, and planning while upholding standards and product quality.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service across all areas. Address complaints promptly, taking necessary actions to convert dissatisfied guests into repeat customers.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to food quality.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 3-4 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
Essential Skills
  • Mandatory liquor license certification.
  • Food manager certification required.
  • Proficient communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends, with extended hours during peak periods.
