Salary: This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting and developing our employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, on-boarding, and other HR administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:
  • Assist with sourcing and recruiting candidates for open positions within the organization
  • Facilitate the on-boarding process for new employees, including completing necessary paperwork
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information and employment status changes
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support in a timely and professional manner

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
  • Experience in HR assistance, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • A strong understanding and experience of recruitment and on-boarding processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
