Civil Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Manager to join our team at ConsultNet. As a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions, we offer a wide range of project services, contract-to-hire, direct placement, and managed services both onshore and nearshore.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in project management, land development, and construction. They will be responsible for managing internal staff, ongoing projects, and marketing/business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and consulting on land development specifications for commercial and residential, roadways, and subdivisions sites.
  • Provide project management over internal staff, ongoing projects, and marketing/business development.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Ensure quality assurance and customer service standards are met.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements:

  • BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering, PE required.
  • 8+ years of experience with land, road, and subdivision development, including project management.
  • Experience with hydrology, hydraulics, and water system design is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
