Leidos is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support the Defense Combating Terrorism Office for an Intelligence agency.
Job Summary:The Knowledge Manager will work in a team environment to ensure mission needs are met and ensure functionality of capabilities and services for customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.
- Use centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes.
- Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities.
- Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
- Deliver expertise regarding intelligence production in support of Agency and Joint Staff planning.
- Demonstrate ability to utilize military matrix-planning techniques, mission analysis, and resource analytics.
- Support the coordination and consolidation of divisional inputs for the review and updates.
- Support the management of analytic and collections requirements and structure the review to include enterprise-wide coordination and consolidation of inputs.
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree and 8 to 12 years of Department of Defense (DoD) and/or Intelligence Community (IC) Knowledge Management experience or Master's with 6 to 10 years of Department of Defense (DoD) and/or Intelligence Community (IC) Knowledge Management experience.
- Capability to visualize production metrics using Tableau.
