Phlebotomy Technician

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lab Operations Specialist to join our team at ReVida Recovery Centers LLC. As a Lab Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of laboratory functions, including specimen collection and handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures
• Train new laboratory staff on specimen collection and handling protocols
• Assist laboratory staff with specimen processing and storage
• Monitor laboratory inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• Phlebotomy certificate or formal training required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
