About the Role

Rubrik is on a mission to secure the world's data. We're seeking an experienced Cloud Security Architect to join our team and contribute to this vision.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud security architectures that meet FedRAMP and IL4+ requirements. This includes partnering with engineering teams to create secure cloud infrastructure design and deployment architectures, defining and documenting FedRAMP policies across the organization, and working with development teams to draft security standards and controls.

Main Responsibilities
  • Architecting FedRAMP systems
  • Partnering with engineering teams to create secure cloud infrastructure design and deployment architectures
  • Defining and documenting FedRAMP policies across the organization
  • Working with development teams to draft security standards and controls
  • Supporting incident responders in analyzing threats, vulnerabilities, and residual risks
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in cloud security, with experience across AWS, GCP, and/or Azure infrastructure design
  • 2+ years of experience in VMWare and/or network security modeling
  • Broad knowledge of private and public cloud attack vectors and exploits
  • Subject matter expertise in CI/CD, Cloud APIs, and Identity Management
