Freezer Stocker

Restaurant Depot is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Freezer Stocker to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized freezer environment, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Restock shelves with frozen food products, ensuring accurate inventory levels and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
• Rotate merchandise to prevent expired products from reaching the shelves, ensuring a fresh and high-quality product selection.
• Organize and front-face items on shelves, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
• Perform regular inspections to meet HACCP regulations, ensuring a safe and healthy food environment.
• Assist in reviewing inventory for product rotation on a daily basis, preventing shrinkage and damages.
• Ensure shelf pricing is accurate and reflects the most recent pricing and market conditions.
• Follow a regular maintenance schedule to maintain the cleanliness of the area, including scrubbing and pulling out pallets.
• Continuously review the floor for safety hazards, promptly and safely handling any spills and removing trash.
• Promptly inform supervisors of any low stock or out-of-stock merchandise.

• Must pass a drug screen (cannabis excluded)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
