**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a per diem position in our Infusion Services department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized care plans for patients, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with colleagues
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
  • Document changes in patient conditions and communicate effectively with supervisors

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment
  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • First aid/CPR certification required
