Veterinary Technician

Associated Veterinary Partners (AVP) is a compassionate network of veterinary practices seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Veterinary Technician to join our team in Nebraska.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can work independently, communicate effectively with coworkers and clients, and be involved in caseload management.

• Assist DVMs during procedures by restraining animals, conducting tests, monitoring vitals, and administering medications
• Maintain medical records and communicate with clients on their pets' medical procedures, including next steps
• Maintain the treatment room, including equipment such as anesthetic machines/monitors, X-ray machines, dental, etc.
• Collect blood and other samples for testing, place catheters, provide sedation for diagnostic procedures
