Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with referral sources to collect necessary paperwork
  • Explain insurance benefits and DME costs to customers to complete sales
  • Maintain accurate records of customer and referral interactions
  • Process customer accounts and file documents electronically
  • Manage incoming calls and resolve customer complaints

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare administration or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
