As a member of the Consumer Banking team, you will be the face of the bank as a Banking Relationship Consultant, cultivating client relationships and delivering customized financial solutions. Your contributions will significantly impact clients by safeguarding their most treasured asset - their family.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute cash handling transactions on the teller line
  • Ensure daily cash drawer accuracy and validate cash transactions
  • Assist with the opening and closing of the branch and vault, as well as balance the ATM
  • Assess client financial requirements and offer appropriate solutions
  • Surpass referral targets and collaborate with colleagues to address clients' financial needs
  • Oversee a portfolio of clients to enhance relationships and promote client retention
Qualifications and Benefits:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, with opportunities for further training
  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required upon hire
