Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop leads and establish a network to attract prospective clients.
  • Perform comprehensive financial evaluations to assess eligibility for mortgage loans.
  • Guide clients in choosing the most appropriate mortgage solutions based on their financial circumstances and objectives.
  • Support clients during the application and approval phases, ensuring all documentation is timely and accurate.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and team members to ensure an efficient loan approval and closing process.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; four to six years of relevant experience as a mortgage loan officer or in a similar capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and market trends.
