Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic cardiological testing, including echocardiograms, stress tests, and holter monitoring.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely results.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of cardiovascular and thoracic anatomy, pathophysiology, and hemodynamics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical terminology, ultrasound physics, and instrumentation.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • One to Two years of relevant work experience as a Cardiovascular Technologist or EKG Technician in a medical/physician's office highly preferred.
  • Previous experience with holter applications highly preferred.
  • Certified Exercise Specialist (CES) preferred.
  • Strong communication and computer skills, with proficiency in medical terminology and electronic medical records.
