Collaborate with healthcare professionals and caregivers to coordinate patient care and treatment goals. Document patient progress and provide education to patients and their families.

Required Qualifications
CCC-SLP certification, BLS certifications, two years of recent Speech Language Pathologist experience, strong communication and adaptability skills.
