About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Appraiser to join our team at Galaxy Technologies. As a Senior Real Estate Appraiser, you will be responsible for determining market and collateral values of residential and commercial properties, as well as complex special properties such as hotels, nursing homes, or agricultural land.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine market and collateral values of properties through independent analysis and research.
• Ensure high-quality standards for appraisals and stay up-to-date with modern and digitized work processes.
• Act as a professional contact for colleagues and contribute to our network.
• Take on project responsibility for nationwide portfolio valuations and participate in property inspections.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of our internal IT solutions and share ideas for continuous improvement processes.
• Participate in internal specialist groups for special properties and give presentations in our Value Academy.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a degree in a relevant field, such as real estate or business administration.
• Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry and property valuation.
• HypZert F certification.
• Strong analytical skills, team player, and goal-oriented approach.
