Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Novato Toyota - Kia of Marin.

This full-time position comes with a competitive compensation package, including health, dental, and vision benefits, as well as a retention bonus based on certifications and experience.

Applicants with ASE certifications and at least 2 years of dealership experience are preferred, but we will consider other qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate will be capable of performing all levels of services, including brake repairs, timing cover reseals, water pump replacement, tire replacement, alignment, and malfunction diagnostics.

Toyota and Kia certifications are a plus, but not required.

We offer flexible hours, including four-day work weeks, and require union membership.
