Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessments, treatments, and care planning.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide wound care as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current California RN license.
- BSN preferred.
- One year of PCU/Stepdown experience preferred.
- Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- BLS (AHA) Certification.
- ACLS (AHA) Certification.
- NIH Stroke Certification to be completed by end of the week of NEO.
- CCRN encouraged.
