Parking Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team at Rail Events Productions, Inc. As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests as they arrive at the parking area, providing clear and concise information about parking options and services.
• Confirm parking reservations and direct guests to the nearest available parking spot.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns guests may have.
• Work collaboratively with the event team to maintain a positive and enjoyable environment for all staff and guests.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the parking area, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for all.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents to the Parking Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in parking and customer service is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive and memorable experience for our guests.
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, including cold and inclement weather.
• Ability to lift 20-pound objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
