We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a pioneer in telehealth solutions, we're committed to providing cutting-edge services that bridge the gap between SLPs and those seeking to improve their communication skills.
About the Role:
This is a 1099 position with guaranteed weekly hours, offering a consistent hourly rate for direct, indirect hours, and planning periods. Our ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current State SLP license, and minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the highest level of care
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer flexible schedules, a supportive virtual environment, and competitive compensation.
