Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our Medical Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting complex clinical reviews of therapy services and durable medical equipment to ensure our members receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough clinical reviews of therapy services and durable medical equipment to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and utilization management teams to ensure members receive appropriate care and treatment
  • Develop and implement clinical trainings, consultations, and guidance related to therapy authorizations and provisions
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to improve therapy services and durable medical equipment outcomes
  • Provide feedback to leadership on opportunities to improve therapy services and durable medical equipment outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in clinical therapy services or durable medical equipment
  • Advanced clinical knowledge of therapy services and durable medical equipment
  • Strong knowledge of therapy regulations and guidelines
  • Strong knowledge of utilization management processes
  • License/Certification: PT, OT, or ST
